Rising Rose Relational Therapy is a cash-pay telehealth practice for clients anywhere in Ohio and does not bill insurance. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, a superbill is available on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and every cash-pay client receives a Good Faith Estimate. The 15-minute fit call is free. Session fees are listed below.

Frequently asked questions
Do you take insurance?
No. This is a cash-pay practice. It does not bill insurance or join insurance panels. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and a superbill is available on request.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance plan yourself if you want to ask for out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is never guaranteed.
What should I ask my insurance plan before I start?
Ask whether you have out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits, whether telehealth is covered, whether couples or family sessions are covered, whether a diagnosis is required, and how much of your deductible is left.
Why doesn't Rising Rose take insurance?
Cash pay protects your confidentiality and your right to services without barriers. Because no insurer is billed, no diagnosis has to be sent to one unless you choose to submit a superbill.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
It is a written estimate of expected charges. Under the federal No Surprises Act, every cash-pay client receives one before the first session.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice are charged the full session fee to the card on file. This is in writing in the practice policies before you begin.
