New clients
Before we begin.
Cash-pay from the first session. You will still sign informed consent, telehealth consent, and a Good Faith Estimate before session one.

- 01
Request a 15-minute fit call. Confirm you are in Ohio.
- 02
If there is a fit, you receive intake paperwork: informed consent, telehealth consent, and a Good Faith Estimate.
- 03
A card is stored before session one. Couples often begin with an 80–90 minute joint session.
- 04
Weekly work is 50–60 or 80–90 minutes.
- Do you take insurance?
- No. This is a cash-pay practice. HSA and FSA cards work. You can submit a superbill to your plan for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Couples work is often unpaid or poorly paid by insurance anyway.
- Is this telehealth only?
- At launch, yes — anywhere in Ohio, with your location confirmed at the start of each session. A small west-side suite is possible later. No out-of-state clients until she is licensed there.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Full fee if you cancel or no-show with less than 24 hours’ notice. A card is on file before session one. This is in writing in the consent.
- Do you keep secrets in couples therapy?
- No. There is a written no-secrets policy. Individual collateral sessions are for assessment, not a parallel individual therapy with hidden material.
- Is this Healing Pathways Cleveland?
- No. Anjelica served as Clinical Director there for several years. This is her own cash-pay practice, opened after that chapter. Different entity, different book.
- What about a crisis?
- This practice is not a 24-hour crisis service. Call 988 or 911, or go to the nearest emergency department.
