Who we are

Rising Rose Relational Therapy is the telehealth practice of Anjelica M. Nelson, M.Ed, LPCC-S, IMFT-S, serving clients who are physically in Ohio. Contact: anjelica@risingrosetherapy.com or 440-652-8370.

What you send us through this site

The "Request a fit call" form asks for your first and last name, email, phone number, the type of therapy you are asking about, days and times that work, how you would like to be reminded of sessions, how you heard about us, and confirmation that you will be in Ohio for sessions. There is also an optional message box.

Please do not put health details, diagnoses, or details about your relationship in the form or in email. Save those for the free fit call or for the secure intake after it.

How form messages are delivered

Form submissions are passed through a third-party form-delivery service (FormSubmit) to the practice's email account, which is hosted by Google Workspace. These services are meant for scheduling contact, not for clinical records. Messages stay in that email account only as long as needed to reply and schedule.

Phone, text and email

If you ask for text reminders, texts are sent only to the number you gave. Standard email and text are not secure ways to share private clinical details, so keep them to scheduling. Reply STOP to any text reminder to opt out.

Sessions, payment and records

Sessions take place by video using SimplePractice. Card payments are handled by SimplePractice. Your informed consent paperwork explains how clinical records are kept and the limits of confidentiality.

Cookies and technical information

This site is built and hosted with third-party services. When you visit, those services can receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and can set cookies needed to deliver the site. We do not use cookies on this site to show you ads about therapy.

Links to other sites

The site links to Instagram (@risingroserelationaltherapy) and to AMN Consultations. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

Who can see your information

Anjelica, and the service providers named above where needed to run the practice. We do not sell your information. Information may be disclosed when the law requires it or to prevent serious harm, as explained in your informed consent paperwork.

Health privacy law (HIPAA)

The practice does not bill insurance or conduct HIPAA electronic transactions and handles client information confidentially under Ohio counselor and marriage and family therapist rules.

Children

This website is intended for adults.

Your choices and questions

You can ask what information the practice holds about your inquiry, or ask us to delete a form message, by emailing anjelica@risingrosetherapy.com. If you are a client, your clinical records are covered by your consent paperwork and Ohio law.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top will change.
